Life can be tough. There are times when we find ourselves feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unheard. We experience a range of emotions and face situations that can be difficult to manage alone. Counseling is a tool to gain clarity and direction when things seem too foggy to navigate on our own. As a counselor, it is my goal to provide my clients with a counseling relationship built on trust, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I strive be a partner in helping clients to discover and build upon the strengths and potential they already have within themselves.
