Most people looking into counseling have had the thought “I should talk to someone,” or were encouraged to see a counselor because “talking about it can help.” But sometimes you can’t find the words, or the words are there but you can’t get them out. Maybe your thoughts and emotions are overwhelming and you don’t even know where to begin- I can help with that. As a counselor and art therapist, I can provide individualized support through traditional therapy and art therapy techniques that don’t require words at all. For most clients a combination of both is helpful.
