My practice is informal, inclusive, anti-racist, and I am passionate about healing generational curses. I pride myself on being an ally, affirming, and a judgement free zone. My approach is eclectic, strengths-based, and solution focused. Utilizing a mix of therapeutic techniques such as somatic grounding, radical acceptance, and psychodynamic talk therapy, I meet my clients where they are, and support them along their journey. My unique experience as a neuro-spicy, divorced mom of Autistic kiddos, as well as my own healing journey provides an authentic experience for my clients.
