I value the trusting relationship we will build together, and I like to view your healing journey as something that we will work on as a team. I am a trauma therapist and use an attachment/relational framework for healing. I understand that going to therapy may feel scary, and you might not know what to say or talk about - that's okay! I am warm, compassionate, welcoming, and supportive. I am a relational therapist, and serve teenagers and adults. I specialize in working with young people and helping them to secure their footing as they transition to adulthood. I help process through past traumas using EMDR or TFCBT, and I believe in explaining the WHY behind why our brains and bodies act & react the way that they do. I do this through CBT, Polyvagal theory, & IFS/Parts work. I also use our therapeutic relationship and trust to improve attachment and emotional connection to others.
