Whether you are dealing with self-esteem difficulties, work/school stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief/loss or an unexpected life transition, I will collaboratively support you to better understand feeling, thoughts and habits. When working with individuals, we will work together to identify patterns that could be holding you back and identify workable solutions.
