My passion in the mental health field is to work with adolescents and adults suffering from trauma, substance abuse, and other various disorders. I believe the therapeutic relationship as a sacred place to feel safe to explore past experiences and gain insight to a new hopeful future. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with trauma, depression, and anxiety. In the counseling session, you can expect a warm, caring environment while learning new strategies and healing from the past. I am currently licensed in both Minnesota (LPCC) and Florida (LMHC).
