Counseling and mental health are huge passions of mine. In order to help ourselves on our wellness journey, sometimes we need additional support. I provide consistent empathy, understanding, and open ears to those who feel in need of a boost. I am there to provide a safe space for my clients where they can freely be themselves and work through any challenges they may be having. I utilize a variety of theories such as CBT, person-centered, and DBT. I am also trained in EMDR and Safe and Sound protocol. These are two interventions which I have enjoyed implementing and have seen great progress in clients because of them. I also enjoy working with populations such as LGBTQIA+, Swifties, kids, adolescents, teens, and adults.
