I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, abuse, trauma, self-esteem, grief and life changes. Emily’s theoretical approach is person/child-centered where she uses play therapy so they can be heard and seen. I specialize in children who are 6 and under. I use play therapy to help children vocalize their emotions, find triggers to their outbursts and find healthy ways to express their aggression. Other areas I have helped clients work through are potty training, unwanted physical touch and finding their voice in gaining self confidence and esteem.
