I work from an anti-oppression lens, prioritizing psychospiritual holistic health and wellness, utilizing my years of clinical training and experience in treating individuals and communities deeply impacted by trauma, grief/loss and illness. I offer EMDR treatment in addition to psychodynamic psychotherapy to support healing and lasting transformative change.
