HI! My name is Emily Mertz. I’m a graduate of Drexel University with 17 years experience in the field of mental health and human services. I’m a professional counselor and also a Board Certified Creative Arts Therapist. I pride myself in having an innovative approach to treatment which incorporates the use of both verbal and non-verbal therapeutic modalities, using a client-centered approach to treatment. I specialize in treating trauma, but have worked with individuals of all ages and at all levels of care, from those struggling with transitions or major life adjustments, to those coping with Chronic mental health conditions.
