About

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland who serves primarily young adults, adults, and seniors. I work with a variety of theoretical orientations including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, mindfulness based strategies, and trauma informed skills to include being certified in EMDR. This allows the person who walks through my door to know that we have options on how to proceed in our work together. I offer an abundance of psychoeducation, make many recommendations, and can create more structure in session if it’s of service to the client.
