I strive for a culturally inclusive space that welcomes all individuals yet recognizes how an individual’s identity intersects with many facets of our lives. I am passionate with working with teens and helping them transition into the sometimes-unpredictable/scary stage of adulthood. I also have a passion for working with adults who have experienced family trauma and helping them unlearn messages that they have carried from their childhood. With working with these adults, I strive to give them their strength and power back with helping them break the pattern of generational trauma.
