Emily is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which facilitates the accessing and processing of traumatic memories and other negative life experiences to bring these to a more adaptive conclusion. Emily is also informed in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and utilizes CBT, Interpersonal, Motivational Interviewing techniques, Person-Centered, REBT, Solution-Focused, and Trauma-Focused therapy.
