The foundation of my therapeutic work is fostering a safe, warm, and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. I work with children, adolescents and adults, incorporating elements of mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, TF-CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and ACT. I identify as LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent and have clinical experience within these communities. I’ve also worked extensively with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I tailor my approach to the individual, acknowledging the impact of their environments and intersecting identities. Additionally, I incorporate a person’s unique strengths and interests to bring a sense of familiarity and fun to a process that may otherwise feel somewhat daunting.
