While I work with a variety of concerns, I specialize in depression, and anxiety, and couple's counseling. Making the first call to get services is often the most challenging but you deserve to invest in yourself. You are worth it. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with 10 years experience. I have extensive experience working with adults, teens, and couples. Although I use a variety of techniques to individualize treatment to my client's needs, I most often use cognitive-behavioral therapy.
