I am convinced that, regardless of our past experiences or the uncertainties of the future, we have the strength to navigate life’s challenges. My focus is on guiding clients to connect with their true selves while addressing issues like intergenerational trauma, perfectionism, family dynamics, and major life changes such as divorce. I am actively completing advanced training in sex therapy and offer support to individuals and couples.
