It is my desire and passion for therapy to be a meaningful, healing and transformative experience. I am dedicated to the clients that I have the honor of working with. Therapy begins with compassion, patience, authentic human connection, being fully heard, understood and accepted. My focus is to create a safe space where individuals can work through their overwhelming struggles and traumas of life. I provide a listening ear, empathy, grace, realistic/ practical skills and sometimes humor during the therapeutic experience. During the first session, limits of confidentiality, rights as a client, cancellation policy, and any needs or accommodations the client may need will all be reviewed. I like to get to know the client, not just why they are coming in for therapy.
