Humans are not meant to work through life's challenges on their own. My goal is to work with folks collaboratively through life transitions and struggles in relationships and careers towards greater peace, self acceptance and alignment with one's own goals. I have experience working primarily with anxiety and depression, ADHD, Autism, OCD, and disordered eating/ eating disorders. Additionally, my background in immigration advocacy increased my understanding of the unique challenges faced by immigrants and first-generation Americans.
