I became a counselor because I witnessed the transformative power of being seen, heard, and supported during life's hardest moments. I know how heavy anxiety spirals into worry feel, when past trauma lingers and affects daily life, life transitions leave you lost or overwhelmed, relationships strain under unspoken hurts, or a new baby brings unexpected sadness instead of joy. Having someone walk alongside you through these challenges, or seasons of growth, is profoundly impactful. My passion is helping individuals and couples feel empowered, understood, and equipped for lasting change.
