I would love to help you sort through your feelings, roles and patterns from a place of nonjudgmental curiosity and kindness. I am trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems and incorporate holistic and body-based, somatic modalities in my work with individuals, families, and groups. I love working with children, adolescents and adults. I provide services in Spanish and English and have experience with a variety of cultural backgrounds and identities.
