I have 15 years experience with youth, adults, and families in a variety of settings. I have worked with clients with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have a special interest in the areas of pregnancy/postpartum, family dynamics, navigating relationships, life transitions, and issues around identity.
