Do you struggle with conflict or even long term mental health concerns that affect your day to day life or specific aspects of your life? Do you feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or lost by just trying to get through the week or navigate life transitions and stressors? Do you hope that these areas in your life would just get better? Now more than ever, people are feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about how they are supposed to manage their mental health on top of other life stressors, transitions, and relationships. I work with individuals who are 15 years old & above, along with couples who are experiencing relationship issues. I utilize primarily a person centered approach, where the focus is on your current needs. In using a person centered approach, I also incorporate other interventions and techniques to assist you further in your journey.
