Here, we believe that authenticity and acceptance are the greatest of strengths. Whether you've never thought that therapy would be for you, or consider it a regular part of your self-care routine, I will use connection and openness to help make being vulnerable with a stranger feel less intimidating. Sessions in my office (in-person or virtual) often include both laughter and tears, as we move together through emotions. My work with relationships and individuals involves the creation of trust, shared language and yes inside jokes along the way, to create an environment where we can delve deep.
