Hi there! My name is Emily and I am NOT your average therapist. I have a very hands-on and direct approach, meaning I may not tell you what you WANT to hear but what you NEED to hear. If you struggle with codependency, constantly find yourself in the same toxic relationships, totally frustrated by your trauma riddled past and the long lasting symptoms that come along with it, or have trouble managing your anger, I am the therapist for YOU! I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), both trauma therapies designed to help clients heal and move on with their lives.
