I work with individuals, children, and families and treat a range of issues or concerns. My main focus is to help you reach your own self-directed goals. My style is eclectic, warm, and authentic. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation to successful treatment. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you have access to a clinician that fits your needs. I utilize mindfulness, heart centered dialog, and compassion to aide in your journey.
