English | español Sometimes we have to give ourselves the patience and kindness in order to grow and heal. We may feel unhappy, alone, or ashamed but we can take control. With guidance and support, we will work together to address the challenging obstacles life presents and seek the changes that need to be made for your wellbeing. You will be seen and heard, and together we will work alongside through self-awareness and self-exploration. I value trauma-focused approaches, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Model (IFS) in addition to other mindfulness practices. My goal is to provide a space for personal growth through a safe, nonjudgmental and authentic approach to build a trusting relationship.
