Welcome to Whole Integration Therapy! I'm Emily Walton, and I am a Licensed Clinicial Professional Counselor (LPCC). I work from a Relational approach to understand how your past is impacting your present. Working together, we can try new ways of relating in a safe and confidential space. While it is beneficial to work beyond the past, we must first know what we are working with. Once known, we move into targeted skills that focus on boundary development, interpersonal skills, communication, challenging unhelpful thoughts, self esteem/self concept/self identity, secure attachment within the therapeutic relationship.
