You are looking for a change from your everyday routine. The reason for this can widely vary; whether is out of desperation, exhaustion, or wanting to grow from where you are now, I see you. You are valid in these feelings. You are worth the time and effort needed to have the life you want. My hope and goal for my clients is for them to be able to enjoy their lives and find peace within the everyday chaos. I specialize in teens, young adults, and adults with relational trauma, difficulties with self-acceptance, and matters of gender/sexuality. I also have training in working with children and their families to assist in emotional expression, communication, and parenting.
