I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Orange County, CA, and working statewide via telehealth. My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, and person-centered. That means I will join you on this journey, look at all the different areas of your life, and integrate insights and meaning in order to create change. I work with adolescents and adults who experience anxiety, depression, and or PTSD symptoms. I provide individual and family therapy. What is most important to me in the therapeutic space is safety in order for a person to step into vulnerability and connection.
