As a therapist, I have experience working with young adults, children, and their families in crisis situations, navigating difficult relationship dynamics, and a variety of family structures. I also have demonstrated skills in group therapy, specifically addressing issues of depression, anxiety, emotion identification, and emotional regulation skills. As a queer person myself, I enjoy working with other queer and trans individuals.
