It’s my passion and privilege to help first responders, young parents, and those in transitional phases of life overcome challenges and stressors. I utilize an integrative approach through evidence-based practices to promote lasting change and well-being. During my career I have furthered my education and specialization to become a Certified First Responder Associate (CFRA). I have a passion for working with firefighters, as well as their families. I recognize the unique and often unseen pressures that come with a career in the fire service. Exposure to critical incidents, the "hyper-vigilance" that carries over from work to home, and the intense culture of the firehouse can all take a toll. For family members, the strain of a firefighter's schedule, the worry for their safety, and the emotional impact on the home can be overwhelming. My work focuses on supporting the entire family system.
