I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. Who we are is a direct result of what we experience and surround ourselves with. Because of this, a narrative is created. Sometimes, the narrative we have for ourselves can be harmful. When a client is experiencing a discrepancy in their life, I work hard to gain an understanding of how they experience the world so that I can better serve my client's needs. Gaining control of your mental health is empowering, and because of this, I work to create an environment to foster growth and understanding within the client's therapeutic journey.
