I believe that through the difficulties in our lives, it takes immense courage to reach out for help and take your life back. Whether it be anxiety, depression, substance use, self-worth, stress or more, I love working with teens and adults on reaching their goals. I take a person-centered, curious and warm approach to therapy, and have a passion for helping clients find their way back to their true selves. I enjoy creating a safe space where clients can explore the challenges in their life, and gain insight into the values they would like to live by, which will allow them to feel more connected to themselves and others.
