I believe that therapy is for everyone and everyone deserves the opportunity to heal and reach their goals. I've helped children and adults successfully treat anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image issues, self-harming behaviors, and childhood trauma. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and an EMDRIA-approved Consultant. In my practice, I also use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In 2023 I authored a book titled "DBT Skills for Highly Sensitive People." I particularly love helping people heal body image issues and complex trauma.
