Life is hard for everyone, and especially for those of that have experienced trauma. (Which is…most of us.) We resist life on life's terms; other people don't do what we want; balancing all of the expectations of our society is exhausting and nearly impossible; and feelings are uncomfortable. We struggle, we behave in ways that we feel ashamed of, and then we need safe, supportive spaces to help us practice acceptance, create boundaries, and learn to love ourselves and to feel our feelings. My goal is to co-create that space with you, and to support you in remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
