Hi, I’m Emma. I’m a Certified Social Worker (CSW) with experience in community mental health, and underserved rural communities. My work has centered on supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate behavioral, emotional, and trauma-related challenges. ​ I’m passionate about building a collaborative, empowering healing process. I have experience serving clients ages 5–18+, with particular focus on autism spectrum disorder (ASD), childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I take a relational and authentic approach—meeting clients where they are and honoring their voice. I utilize evidence-based interventions such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Trauma Affect Regulation: Guide For Education and Therapy (TARGET), as well as expressive art therapies to support emotional regulation, trauma processing, and overall well-being.
