I am a licensed psychotherapist and certified meditation & mindfulness teacher. I specialize in assisting women of color manage various transitions, traumas and stressors. I love helping my patients develop the tools they need to cope with and process life's everyday challenges. I know the journey of being a woman of color is not always a smooth or linear one.
