Connecting with people through conversation and building relationships is my life's passion. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to create real change in the lives of my clients. I use empathy and validation to allow my clients to feel understood and safe. I believe that once a strong relationship is created, we can work together to accomplish collaborative goals. I work with a range of demographics, including young children, teenagers, young adults, and parents. My background in school-based counseling has allowed me to work with children of all ages. I enjoy working with young adults on issues of relationships, independence, and phase of life.
