I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have provided array of clinical services; including individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention and case management. I am holistic in my approach as I strongly believe in meeting my client's needs with evidence based treatment modalities that work for that individual. My goal is to work with my clients to develop a treatment plan along side them that best suits them and their needs. My clinical interests and experience are in postpartum adjustments and difficulties, trauma work, launching/life transitions, work/school adjustments/difficulties, treatment of mood disorders, alcohol/substance use disorders, anxiety and depression.
