As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals and couples to navigate life’s challenges and find lasting healing. I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD and am trained in EMDR therapy to help clients safely process and recover from difficult experiences. I also have experience supporting those struggling with eating disorders, substance use, anxiety, and depression.
