My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with awareness. I take a humanistic, person-centered approach that emphasizes presence, authenticity, and mindfulness. In sessions, we focus on what is unfolding in the moment—your thoughts, emotions, and inner experiences—as a way to deepen self-understanding and connection. I strive to offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, listen inward, and explore your experience at your own pace. You are the expert of your life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and care.
