I have experience working within inpatient psychiatric hospitals, forensic prisons, and community mental health. These settings have radicalized my approach to therapy. We will explore social and cultural systems, and varying levels of oppression and privilege that we may experience every day. I work primarily with those dealing with life transitions, trauma, relational issues, and grief. As a queer therapist, I am curious, warm, and open to my clients, while sometimes giving the gentle push needed while healing.
