I work collaboratively with clients to address issues related to anxiety, depression, identity development, interpersonal functioning, emotional regulation, stress management and grief. My approach is eclectic, with an emphasis on both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral frameworks, tailored individually to each client’s specific needs. I utilize strengths-based, trauma-informed, feminist practices and principles to guide our treatment.
