I specialize in working with children, teens, and individuals with disabilities. I also experience with individuals who have experienced trauma, athletes, mothers, and children in foster care. I seek to empower my clients to achieve mental wellbeing and personal growth by providing empathetic, personalized, and evidence-based counseling services. As a counselor, and frankly through my own life experiences, I understand that life’s challenges can sometimes feel insurmountable. This weight on your shoulders can be hard to carry alone. In fact, I believe that we thrive in community and through the support of others. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, supported, and valued as you address your goals and challenges. Throughout counseling sessions, I will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my therapeutic approach, as well as a systemic and trauma-informed perspective.
