I believe in the importance of understanding how our past experiences impact our present functioning to better care for our future selves. This process requires a whole person approach to counseling and in my practice, you will find that to address mental health symptoms and concerns, I also will address your physical, emotional, spiritual and social health. We were designed as unique, intricate people and I hope you’ll find it healing to give space to process through all parts of yourself.
