With my background in Philosophy, Theology, and Psychology I know that life can pull one in different directions, and if not well managed can cause anxiety, depression, grief, loss and trauma. My mission is to help you find balance amidst life challenges. Given my holistic approach to life and multicultural competency, I use a bio-psycho-social-spiritual lens (including person-centered, psychodynamic-supportive, solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation), to work with clients. An approach that considers your core values, belief system, spirituality and culture during treatment.
