As a therapist (and a fellow human), I deeply believe in each person’s inherent worth and their right to live a meaningful, fulfilling life. Experiences such as betrayal, loss, or trauma can profoundly affect how we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate the world. Much of my work centers on helping clients reconnect with themselves, cultivate a more compassionate inner relationship, and begin to heal from past wounds. I work well with clients navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, major life transitions, low self-esteem, or those who grew up with emotionally immature parents. My approach is collaborative and integrative, blending compassion-focused practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your goals in a way that feels right for you. Clients often describe my style as compassionate, genuine, and down-to-earth.
