Hello! I'm Alec Ramsey, a licensed marriage and family therapist with seven years of clinical experience. I specialize in treating addiction, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, and grief. I use a blend of EMDR, Attachment-based, Dialectical (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based (MBCT) modalities.
