Much of our life-functioning happens unconsciously; some responses or patterns that we develop and learn along the way can cease to continue meeting our needs - so what do we do then? While there are many things outside of our control in life, there are choices we can learn (and unlearn) to make that help find a new way of being that is more aligned with the life you want to live.
