Hi, I’m Emmylou, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I work with children, adolescents, families, foster youth, adoptees, and adults, supporting them through individual, family, and group therapy. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, parenting, and family concerns. My approach is interactive, collaborative, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed, often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I’m passionate about helping individuals heal and grow from past experiences. I offer video sessions and enjoy spending time with family.
